The German Auditing Firm TÜV SÜD Management Services examined VOICETRUST during an audit. The quality policy of VOICTRUST is based on customer orientation, responsibility within management, a process and system oriented approach and continous improvements. The ISO 9001 certificate proofs, that the VOICETRUST organization complies with international standards of quality management.
What is more, VOICETRUST security mechanisms are certified according to “Common Criteria”. The international community of states has defined the so-called Common Criteria, which establish common testing standards for information security. IT technology handles increasingly sensitive data.
