Michael Kramer (CEO & Founder) - Michael Kramer is founder and CEO of VOICE.TRUST. He has 20 years experience in marketing and sales of producer goods, and top quality consumer goods. Before founding VOICE.TRUST in 2000, he worked as business developer, relaunch-consultant, and turnaround manager in various IT and hightech companies. The reason and initial idea to found VOICE.TRUST was to avoid the threat of identity theft by using voice biometrics. Michael Kramer leads VOICE.TRUST from a German company to a worldwide player, and sets with his team the technology and security standard for authentication solutions using voice biometrics. Before he made a name for himself in the consumer and biometric market, he studied design at the Academy for Applied Arts in Vienna.

Eugen M. Angster (CEO and Head of Global Enterprise Business VOICE.TRUST INC.) - Eugen M. Angster holds a degree in natural science and geology of the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich. He also received his MBA in Economics and International Business from the European University in Geneva. Mr. Angster has worked in a number of industrial leadership positions for large mid-cap companies and for multinational Top 100 companies. On this note he has not only 20 years experience in Marketing & Sales in the chemical industry for Hoechst / Wacker Chemicals but also as President and Chairman of the Board of Deutsche Telekom AG in Japan with responsibilities for Asia Pacific. He also founded the German Centre of Economics / Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft GmbH in Shanghai as Managing Director. Till this day the German Centre is a well - known incubator for German companies in China. Since 2001 he has focused on the growth of companies in Germany in the position as Managing Director of Interim International GmbH. Interim International GmbH is primarily specialized in the successfull turning of large and mid-size companies to international growth. He also led cross-border consultancy projects in Eastern Europe and Asia with operations and network in India, Singapore, China and Japan. Along that he is founder and Chairman of the Corporate Restructuring Association Germany - Germany's leading turnaround management association.

Brigitte Holzer (Director Finance) - Brigitte Holzer joined VOICE.TRUST in April 2002, prior to which she spent three years with Cybernet Internet Services AG as Director Finance extending her knowledge of structuring and consolidation in fast growing companies. Previously she spent six years in the pharmaceutical industry at Zambon Group S. A. as Director Finance and Administration and gained experience with concentration processes and turn-around-management as Head of Centre of Excellence Finance and Shared Services for Europe. She started her career in the chemical industry as an international controller for Wacker GmbH. Brigitte Holzer studied economics at the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich. Parallel to her studies she worked as auditor assistant with KPMG.

Raja Kuppuswamy (CTO) - Raja is one of who designed and developed VOICE.TRUST Solutions from the beginning of VOICE.TRUST AG in 2000. Raja Kuppuswamy started as Software and Development Consultant for VOICE.TRUST in October 2000, prior to which he spent three years as Systems Manager for Polaris Software Lab in India. In his career he designed and developed applications for Project Management Quality Process, Bullion and Futures systems for Banks. Parallel he also got certified for programming from Microsoft and in RDBMS from Oracle. Raja Kuppuswamy started his career as a Software Engineer 1998 after completing his Master of Computer Application.

Stefan Schaefer (VP Sales US) joined the VOICE.TRUST Inc. in August 2008. He was the Director of Sales, Americas for RELDATA, a provider of consolidated storage solutions. Prior to that Schaefer was the technical director at BROKAT Technologies Inc. and BROKAT AG, a worldwide supplier of e-business and payment platforms. Previously, as a consultant, he assisted in developing large-scale data management installations for banking, finance and insurance industry clients. Schaefer holds a double major in computer science and economics from Germany’s prestigious Furtwangen University.

Dana Cole (VP Business Development) -Dana Cole is an IT professional with more than 30 years of experience, ranging from sales to designing complex systems and managing daily operations. His design skills include contact center self-help applications that serve government, distribution, energy, retail and financial sectors. In government, Mr. Cole worked for United States Postal Service, managing complex operation and development services as the National Technical Branch Manager, Nation Information Systems Development Center. AT Cooper Tools he managed the software service delivery for the company's many manufacturing locations and acquisitions. Mr. Cole served as a Vice President to Advanced Management, an 8A start-up company that sold Facility Management and Outsourcing Sservices to the U.S. Government by RFP responses. Before joining VOICE.TRUST, Mr. Cole spent 12 years with IBM Global Services, Strategic Outsourcing Division serving as a contact center subject matter expert on system architecture, application design and integration to the IBM Sales and Operational Delivery Teams. He was also the Global Program Manager responsible for integrating VOICE.TRUST into IBM Service Delivery as a strategic product.
