Volksführsorge Insurance Group

The Volksfürsorge Group was striving for a solution that would allow field agents to access address information, insurance numbers, scope of insurance policies, due dates, and much more via the telephone. This would allow agents to prepare for customer visits and meetings remotely from anywhere, thereby providing the best service and support to their clients.

As a provider of insurance services Volksfürsorge stressed the very high security requirements of an authentication solution that would allow a doubtless verification of the caller’s identity. (more)

 

VW Bank

When processing an internal suggestion of improvement in 2004 the Volkswagen Financial Services AG discovered the VOICE.TRUST Password Reset Service. Previously, the user had to pick up a new password and authorize him-/herself with a badge or employee id-card. The cost of the user was on average 15 minutes of working time and the cost of the company approximately 15 € in handling expenses. In the end of 2005 O2 Germany was looking for solutions to improve the efficiency at in-house IT service area.
